Peter Hungerford

Founder · PH Realty Capital

Peter founded PH Realty Capital as a New York-based investment firm focused on workforce and rent-regulated multifamily acquisitions and special-situations investing across the United States. He led the firm's 2024 acquisition of twenty-four New York City multifamily buildings for $180 million and, in 2025, the purchase of thirty-four rent-regulated Bronx properties from a Related Companies fund for $192.5 million, one of the largest rent-stabilized portfolio trades of the cycle.

David Kaye

Co-Founder · Rockledge

David co-founded Rockledge in 2013 with Joe Listhaus. The firm is a vertically integrated real estate operating company with a portfolio of approximately seven million square feet, specializing in deep value-add and opportunistic investments across multifamily, hospitality, and commercial real estate. David leads acquisitions and capital strategy for the Rockledge platform.

Joe Listhaus

Joe co-founded Rockledge in 2013 with David Kaye. He oversees underwriting and asset management across the platform, with a particular focus on the operational turnaround work that defines Longacre's mandate. His underwriting framework rests on three questions: basis, business plan, and numbers.

Geoffrey Kayton

Geoffrey Kayton

Chief Financial Officer · Longacre

Geoff serves as Chief Financial Officer of Longacre, overseeing finance across the platform. He brings thirteen years of public accounting experience advising real estate clients on wealth preservation, growth, and transfer strategies, and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York. Geoff holds master's degrees in tax law and accounting and bachelor's degrees in finance and information technology.
